01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8ace online gaming platform available at https://8ace.app (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will be treated as acceptance by that party.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 8ace Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 8ace or any regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 8ace, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have had a previous 8ace account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

8ace reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 8ace may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 8ace Platform, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 8ace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 8ace may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• Account Suspension: 8ace reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account is being used in breach of these Terms.

You agree to notify 8ace immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 8ace will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8ace Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated by 8ace from time to time.
• 8ace does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 8ace account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 8ace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 8ace may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to unverified accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• 8ace aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
• 8ace reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 8ace does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees. 8ace is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

8ace may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless the promotion terms specifically permit it.
• 8ace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic or professional betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by 8ace may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• 8ace reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 8ace Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on 8ace are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, 8ace reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. 8ace's decision in such matters is final.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. 8ace will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• For live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer and the outcome recorded by the live system are final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8ace Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 8ace immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 8ace staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

08 Responsible Gaming

8ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits through their account settings at any time.
• Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting our support team.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request a permanent self-exclusion, which will result in the closure of their account and the forfeiture of any active bonuses.
• 8ace will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8ace Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 8ace or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 8ace.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
• Use the 8ace name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8ace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any game outcome, including losses resulting from participation in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.

8ace's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8ace account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 8ace's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 8ace is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

8ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 8ace will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Termination & Account Closure

8ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 8ace is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• 8ace has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8ace customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 8ace, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, 8ace's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. To raise a dispute, please contact our support team with full details of your complaint.
